You MUST complete all relevant parts of your card as per Club rules.

1. Name
2. Handicap
3. Name of Competition
4. Date
5. Player Signature
6. Marker Signature (this is currently being waived as per GUI Covid 19 Guidance)

These rules are going to be strictly applied and if cards are not marked as above, disqualification will ensue with no exceptions.
